Lightened subfloors - BaseForte®

The subfloor is the layer that is located deeper, then just below the screed and that - usually - covers the electrical, water and, if present, mechanical ventilation systems. Lightened subfloors perform the function of:
  • Filling thickness/volume underneath the flooring;
  • Compensation layers for the installation of floor heating panels;
  • Creation of insulating layers;
  • Creation of slopes in the roof;
  • Direct installation of moisture-insensitive flooring on single-layer, fluid consistency lightened subfloor;
  • Lightening or insulating layers for any type of floor;
  • Leveling for water or heating systems
