MARMORINO NATURALE

MARMORINO NATURALE is a mineral decorative finishing based on slaked lime and selected mineral inerts.

MARMORINO NATURALE is indicated as decorative finishing with marmorino effect, with characteristic chromatic shades, on plasters based on hydraulic lime binder, premixed and traditional, fine finishing, of new and old constructions. It has very good breathability and resistance to moulds and bacteria. The inorganic composition and the filling capacity make the product suitable as ideal finishing in restoration of historical centres and in eco building. The slaked lime (calcium hydroxide), after application, reacts with the carbon dioxide in the air producing, through a carbonation reaction, calcium carbonate that is chemically binding itself to the plaster, the last one also based on lime. Due to the actual environmental pollution, the application onto exterior walls does not guarantee an adequate duration and protection of the product; therefore it is advised to use it only onto buildings which are not strongly exposed or which particularly require the use of a mineral finish based on slaked lime.
