Lime

Lime is certainly one of the most versatile chemical products.

 

Lime is mainly used in all production processes where a basic agent (alkali) or a chemical component with a high degree of compatibility with other elements of the periodic table is required. In general, it is widely used in the most diverse sectors, from the construction industry to agriculture and animal husbandry, in the iron and steel industry and in land reclamation, for soil stabilization.

 

The product range includes slaked lime, calcium oxide, hydrated lime and micro-lime. The latter is produced by selecting the raw material and subjecting it to a processing cycle that allows to obtain a high purity micronized calcium hydrate (lime flower) with a particle size of less than 20 microns.
