RE: Notice required by Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003
We hereby inform you that Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code for the protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects in respect of the processing of personal data.
Pursuant to the aforesaid regulation, processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of propriety, lawfulness and transparency so as to safeguard your confidentiality and rights.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we would like to inform you of the following details:

Aims and methods of data processing
The personal data provided by you will be dealt with exclusively for the aims connected strictly with, and instrumental to, the execution of the services requested:
- insertion of the statistics into the company’s information database;
- to provide the desired information;
- accounting services;
- management of receipts and payments;
- to fulfil the obligations set out by civil and fiscal law and regulations, and by European Union rules.
The processing will be carried out, by means of paper and computer support, by the data controller, by the manager and by appointed persons, observing any precautionary measure to guarantee security and confidentiality.

Nature of data collection and consequence of any lack of submission
The submission of your personal data is obligatory in order to fulfill your requests as well as, in general, to fulfill legal requirements.
Any lack of submission may mean that the service requested cannot be provided.

Communication and circulation of data
Notwithstanding the communication and circulation carried out in execution of legal obligations, the data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:
all physical and juridical persons (legal consultancy firms, administrative, fiscal, employment, data processing centers, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Offices of employment, social security and assistance funds, category associations, etc.);
- banking institutes for the management of receipts and payments;
- our collaborators and appropriately appointed employees working in the scope of their relative duties;
- our network of agents:
- factoring companies;
- credit recovery companies;
- commercial information companies;
- firms operating in the transport sector.

Rights of the interested party
At any time you may exercise your rights towards the data controller under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 which, for your convenience, we provide below:
4.1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to him/her, even when not yet registered, and to receive a copy in intelligible form.
4.2. The interested party has the right to obtain the following details:
a) origin of personal data;
b) how and why that data will be handled;
c) processing logic applied in the event that it is processed by computer;
d) contact details of the data controller, the manager and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come to know of it in their capacity of designated representative within the State territory, of managers or appointed persons.
4.3. The interested party has the right to have:
a) the data updated, rectified or, where there is an interest, supplemented;
b) the data deleted, made anonymous of blocked from use in violation of the law, including any data that is not necessary in terms of the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the processes referred to at subparagraphs a) and b) have also been brought to the attention, as regards their contents, of persons to which the data has been communicated or circulated, except in the event that such fulfillment proves to be impossible or involves the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate to the protected rights.
4.4. The interested party has the right to object, in full or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data regarding him, even if pertinent to the aim of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data regarding him for the purpose of sending of publicity material, direct sales, market research or commercial communications.
The rights referred to in Article 7 are exercised with a request addressed, without formality, to the data controller or to the manager, also through an employee, to whom appropriate evidence is provided without delay.
The request addressed to the data controller or manager can also be made by letter sent by recorded delivery, by fax or by electronic mail.
